BOBBI PETTIT

Bobbi Pettit is the founder of Five Rule Rural Planning. She holds a Master of Arts in Community & Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) since 2011. Bobbi has over 13 years of experience, planning in more than 30 villages and cities in Nebraska and Kansas. Bobbi served in the Nebraska Army National Guard as a Commissioned Officer and led a platoon of 50 troops to Camp Liberty, Iraq in 2009. She lives in Kearney with her husband and two children.

Lowell Schroeder

Lowell has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He joined our team in 2021 as a lead planner and project manager for our communities located in Northern and Eastern Nebraska. Lowell has over 14 years of experience working with communities and counties through Northeast Nebraska, assisting with strategic planning, grant administration, and grant writing of more than 44 funded grant applications that resulted in the award of over $12 million. A wide variety of projects have been funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), USDA Rural Development, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA), Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, Civic Community Center Financing Fund (CCCFF), Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and private foundations. Lowell lives in rural Stanton County with his wife and two dogs.
